One sealant and adhesive for indoors and out — bonds firmly with no primer.
Ceresit FT 101 is a multi-purpose, one-component sealant-adhesive in grey, supplied in a 280 ml cartridge for indoor and outdoor use. It is based on Flextec® technology and cures by reacting with atmospheric moisture. It works both as an elastic joint sealant and as a mounting adhesive for sills, trims, tiles and metal elements.
Bonds and seals from a single cartridge
Ceresit FT 101 combines adhesive and sealant in one, covering both element bonding and joint filling. Use it to mount window sills, floor trims and tiles, and to join metal elements. It applies easily with a standard cartridge gun.
Strong adhesion without primer
The Flextec® technology delivers high instant adhesion to most building materials with no priming needed. Ceresit FT 101 grips masonry, stone, ceramics and wood, as well as metal and PVC. It can even be applied to damp surfaces.
Elastic joints for indoors and out
Ceresit FT 101 stays elastic and absorbs up to 20% joint movement, making it suitable for expansion joints in floors and walls. It withstands temperatures from -20°C to +80°C and the weather, so it performs equally well on balconies, terraces and stairs.
Paintable and sandable finish
Once fully cured, Ceresit FT 101 can be painted and sanded so the joint blends into the final finish. Curing takes 24 to 48 hours at +23°C for a 2–3 mm layer. The product is silicone-free and solvent-free.
