Elastic PU compound that bonds and seals almost any material in one step.

WURTH K+D is an elastic, black polyurethane adhesive sealant in a 300 ml cartridge for bonding and sealing metal, painted surfaces, wood, stone, concrete and plastic. It joins both matching and dissimilar materials in a single application. The compound withstands water, seawater, calcareous water, public wastewater and weak acids and bases.

Bonds and seals in one application

WURTH K+D combines adhesive and sealant, so it joins and seals the joint with a single compound. It works on metal, painted surfaces, wood, stone, concrete and plastic, including bonds between dissimilar materials.

Water and corrosion resistance for a lasting bond

The black K+D PU compound resists water, seawater, calcareous water, public wastewater and weak acids and bases. It also protects metals against corrosion, making it suitable for wet and demanding environments.

Reduces vibration and noise

The elastic bond of WURTH K+D absorbs movement between joined parts and thereby reduces vibration and noise. This is an advantage when mounting components exposed to vibration.

Can be sanded and painted over

Once the skin has formed, WURTH K+D can be machined and painted over without surface activation. The skin forms in 45–60 minutes and the working temperature range is +5°C to +35°C.
