The SOUDAL static mixer nozzle for chemical anchors is a replaceable tip that blends the two resin components as they leave the cartridge. It comes in a pack of five, giving you a fresh nozzle for every new application. It is used with Soudafix chemical anchors to securely fix studs and threaded rods.

Even mixing of the two-component anchor

The static spiral inside the SOUDAL nozzle mixes resin and hardener as the mass passes through it. A properly mixed anchor cures fully and delivers the maximum load capacity of the fixing.

A fresh nozzle for every job

The set contains 5 replaceable SOUDAL mixer nozzles. Resin cures inside the nozzle after use, so a new tip for each fresh application ensures a clean, reliable flow of anchor.

Compatible with Soudafix chemical anchors

The SOUDAL mixer screws onto the cartridges of Soudafix chemical anchors used for fixing studs in concrete and masonry. Keep spare nozzles on hand so your installation is never interrupted.
