SOUDAL PU Flex 40 FC Teak 300 ml – Polyurethane Sealant & Adhesive
A permanently flexible bond that withstands vibration, movement and UV.
SOUDAL PU Flex 40 FC Teak is a one-component polyurethane adhesive sealant in a teak shade for sealing and bonding in construction. It cures with air humidity and stays permanently flexible. Use it for joints on terraces, concrete floors and gutters, as well as for bonding masonry, stone, ceramics and wood.
Permanently flexible bond for vibration and movement
SOUDAL PU Flex 40 FC stays elastic after curing and absorbs movement between materials without cracking. That makes it ideal for structural bonding of vibrating constructions and for expansion joints in concrete floors.
Strong adhesion to masonry, stone, ceramics and wood
The PU Flex 40 FC adhesive sealant bonds very well to most building materials and does not stain natural stone. It performs reliably both for sealing joints and for bonding roof tiles.
UV resistance for outdoor use
SOUDAL PU Flex 40 FC offers good resistance to UV radiation and to many chemicals, making it suitable for exposed joints on terraces and gutters. Under extreme conditions the colour may shift slightly without affecting the bond.
Easy application with a caulking gun
The 300 ml cartridge is applied with a manual, pneumatic or cordless gun and smoothed before skin formation. Surfaces should be clean, dry and free of dust and grease, and tools cleaned immediately after use.
