The SOUDAL PU Flex 40FC is a grey polyurethane adhesive sealant in a 300 ml cartridge for sealing joints and bonding construction materials. It suits terraces, concrete floors and gutters. It adheres well to masonry, stone, ceramics and wood.
Seals and bonds in one
The SOUDAL PU Flex 40FC combines joint sealing with the bonding of building materials. Use it for movement joints in concrete floors, terraces and gutters, plus fixing to masonry, stone, ceramics and wood.
Permanently flexible once cured
After curing, the sealant stays permanently flexible and absorbs movement without cracking. That makes it ideal for structural bonds under vibration and for joints that expand and contract.
UV and chemical resistant outdoors
The PU Flex 40FC offers excellent resistance to UV radiation and to many chemicals. This lets it handle exposed jobs such as terraces and gutters that face sun and moisture.
Easy application with a caulking gun
The sealant is very easy to apply and can be smoothed with a soapy solution before skin formation. Clean tools immediately after use with acetone or Soudal Surface Cleaner.
