Elastic PU adhesive-sealant for joints and bonding that stays strong and flexible.
The SOUDAL PU Flex 40FC in black is a polyurethane adhesive-sealant for joints on terraces, concrete floors and gutters, and it also bonds building materials. This sealant adheres to masonry, stone, ceramics and wood and stays permanently elastic once cured. The 300 ml cartridge applies easily with a standard caulking gun.
Elastic joint that absorbs movement
SOUDAL PU Flex 40FC stays permanently elastic after curing, so it absorbs expansion and vibration without cracking. It suits contraction joints in concrete floors and structural bonding on vibrating constructions.
Strong adhesion to many materials
The SOUDAL PU Flex 40FC bonds very well to masonry, stone, ceramics and wood, making it versatile for construction bonding and sealing. It also works for filling cracks in concrete and plaster.
UV and chemical resistance for outdoor use

Easy application and tooling
The SOUDAL PU Flex 40FC applies very easily and is tooled with a soapy solution before skinning. Work on clean, dry and grease-free surfaces, and clean tools immediately with acetone.
