Soudal PU Flex 40 FC White 300 ml is a polyurethane adhesive sealant for joints on terraces, concrete floors and gutters. It also bonds a wide range of building materials and stays permanently flexible once cured. The 300 ml cartridge is a handy size for home repairs and DIY jobs.
Seals and bonds in one product
Soudal PU Flex 40 FC combines a sealant and an adhesive in a single cartridge. It seals joints on terraces, concrete floors and gutters, and also bonds building materials and roof tiles. One solution instead of two separate products on site.
Permanently flexible joint
The sealant stays permanently elastic after curing and absorbs joint movement. That makes it suitable for structural bonding under vibration and for shrinkage joints in concrete floors without cracking.
UV and chemical resistance
Soudal PU Flex 40 FC offers excellent resistance to UV radiation and to many chemicals, making it ideal for outdoor terraces and exposed joints. Strong adhesion to a wide range of materials keeps the bond durable over time.
Easy application with a standard gun
The 300 ml cartridge applies easily with a standard sealant gun. Surfaces should be clean, dry and grease-free; smooth the joint with soapy water before skin formation and clean tools with acetone.
