GOLDFIX FC 40 polyurethane sealant in white is a single-component, medium-modulus product that cures on contact with atmospheric moisture. It is used for expansion and movement joints between a wide range of building materials, both indoors and outdoors. The 700 g sausage pack is applied with a standard sausage-type sealant gun.
Strong adhesion without primer
GOLDFIX FC 40 sealant bonds to most construction materials without any priming step. It sticks to cement, brick, ceramics, glass, timber, galvanised and painted sheet metal and many plastics. That saves a step and time when you work across mixed surfaces.
Flexible joint that absorbs movement
The GOLDFIX FC 40 sealant cures to a tough, elastic rubber with high resistance to shear and tearing. This lets it absorb movement in expansion and dilatation joints between precast concrete panels and prefabricated elements without cracking.
For indoor and outdoor joints
GOLDFIX FC 40 handles joints in pedestrian areas plus sealing and bonding of ventilation ducts, gutters and downspouts. Proven resistance to ageing and weathering makes it suitable for exposed use even in harsh climates.
