High-modulus PU sealant and adhesive for strong bonding and lasting sealing in construction.
SOUDAL Soudaflex 40FC is a high-quality, neutral, one-component polyurethane sealant-adhesive in white, supplied in a 600 ml soft foil pack. It bonds and seals concrete floors and walls, metals, ceramics, stone and wood. Moisture-curing and permanently elastic, it suits joints and structures exposed to vibration and movement.
Dual function: bonds and seals
Soudaflex 40FC works both as a strong adhesive and an elastic sealant. It bonds most building materials and fills joints in concrete floors and walls, saving you separate products on the job.
Lasting elasticity under vibration and movement
The sealant stays permanently elastic after curing, with elastic recovery above 80%. That lets it handle vibrating structures and moving joints without cracking.
UV and chemical resistance for indoors and out
Soudaflex 40FC offers good UV resistance and excellent resistance to many chemicals, with temperature resistance from -30°C to +90°C. It does not stain natural stone, so it suits delicate surfaces too.
Easy gun application and overpainting
The 600 ml soft pack is applied with a manual, pneumatic or cordless caulking gun. Soudaflex 40FC can be overpainted after curing; a prior compatibility test with the paint is recommended.
