AKFIX P645 is a high-modulus, single-component polyurethane adhesive sealant in grey, supplied in a 600 ml pack for auto body and construction work. It bonds firmly to metal, glass, ceramic, wood and many plastics, staying permanently flexible once cured. The sealant applies easily with a caulking gun and tools off smoothly.
Strong adhesion to metal, glass and wood
AKFIX P645 grips sheet metal, aluminium, stainless steel, lead, copper, ceramic, glass, wood and various plastics. That makes it one product for mixed assemblies where different materials meet. It saves you from carrying several separate adhesives to the job.
Permanently flexible seal against water and air
Once cured, the AKFIX P645 seal stays permanently elastic and blocks water, air, gas and dust. It absorbs movement and vibration, so it suits expansion joints and sheet-metal assembly. Cabins and structures stay dry and leak-free.
Easy gun application and tooling
The thixotropic AKFIX P645 formula does not sag, even on vertical surfaces, and tools off effortlessly. It becomes tack-free so the joint does not attract dirt. Once cured it can be overpainted to match the surrounding surface.
For auto bodies and construction
AKFIX P645 seals sheet-metal seams on car bodies, containers and caravans and dampens vibration in metal assembly. In construction it seals ducts, gutters and expansion joints, as well as masonry, stone, ceramic and wood. One pack covers both the workshop and the site.
