Akfix P645 is a single-component black polyurethane sealant-adhesive in a 600 ml pack that seals and bonds at the same time. It grips masonry, stone, ceramics and wood firmly, while the elastic joint stays durable under vibration and movement. The seal keeps out water, air, gas and dust, making it well suited to joints exposed to weather.
Seals and bonds with one product
Akfix P645 combines adhesive and sealant in one, so a single cartridge covers both jobs on site. It bonds different materials — masonry, stone, ceramics and wood — and forms a flexible connection between them. That means no switching products when you mount and seal the same joints.
Elastic joint that absorbs vibration
The polyurethane formula of Akfix P645 stays elastic after curing and absorbs movement and vibration without cracking. This makes the sealant a good choice for expansion joints between different building materials and for mounting sheet-metal parts. The bond keeps its integrity through temperature changes and load.
Sealing against water, air, gas and dust
Akfix P645 seals seams and joints against water, air, gas and dust. It works for sealing ventilation ducts, gutters and channels, as well as sheet-metal seams. That is why it is used both in construction and on vehicle bodies, containers and caravans.
600 ml pack for larger joints
The 600 ml pack of Akfix P645 covers longer seams and bigger installations without frequent cartridge changes. It is applied with a suitable 600 ml sausage-pack gun. The larger volume is handy for professional work and for longer joints in one go.
