TKK FIX Expert BOND & SEAL Adhesive-Sealant, 290 ml
Bonds and seals in one step — a strong, flexible joint on almost any building material.
The TKK FIX Expert BOND & SEAL adhesive-sealant is an MS-polymer hybrid that bonds and seals with a single product. It forms a permanently elastic, watertight joint that resists vibration, impact and temperature swings. Suitable for indoor and outdoor use, it grips concrete, ceramics, wood, aluminium, glass and many more materials without a primer.
Bonding and sealing in a single product
BOND & SEAL combines a mounting adhesive and a sealant, so you fix and seal in one step. It saves a second product in kitchens, bathrooms and façades. The MS-polymer hybrid base holds firmly while staying flexible.
Excellent primer-free adhesion on nearly every material
The adhesive grips without primer to concrete, brick, marble, ceramics, wood, aluminium, iron, brass, glass, PVC and ABS. It even works on slightly damp surfaces (except wood). It is not suitable for PE, PP or PTFE.
Elastic joint that resists vibration and water
The cured adhesive stays permanently elastic with 200–300% elongation at break, absorbing movement and vibration. It forms a watertight, airtight joint that resists UV and ageing. The bond withstands temperatures from -40 °C to +90 °C.
Mould protection for damp areas
BOND & SEAL is mould resistant, making it ideal for bathroom and kitchen joints exposed to moisture. It is solvent-, isocyanate- and silicone-free, odourless and chemically neutral. It can be painted over, though solvent-based coatings are not recommended.
Easy application straight from the cartridge
The adhesive applies directly from the 290 ml cartridge with a caulking gun and does not slump in vertical joints. Surfaces must be solid, clean and grease-free. For heavier elements, support them until curing is complete (2–3 mm per day).
