The TKK FIX 14 mounting adhesive is an acrylic-dispersion construction adhesive for bonding porous materials and EPS (styrofoam) that are not under heavy load. It is solvent-free and made for indoor use. FIX 14 goes on easily, does not slide and grabs quickly, and can even be applied to damp surfaces.
Replaces nails and screws for clean mounting
TKK FIX 14 bonds decorative ornaments, mouldings, shelves, ceramic tiles and wooden trims without drilling or fasteners. It is ideal for indoor projects where you want a clean surface with no visible screw heads.
Fast grab that won't slide
FIX 14 grabs fast and does not slide, so parts stay put the moment you position them. Join both surfaces while the adhesive is still wet — within about 15 minutes — and mechanically support heavier pieces for 24 hours.
Solvent-free with easy water clean-up
TKK FIX 14 is solvent-free and environmentally friendly, making it pleasant to work with indoors. Fresh adhesive and tools clean up simply with water — no aggressive solvents needed.
Resistant to weathering and ageing
Once cured, FIX 14 withstands sunlight, weathering and ageing, with temperature resistance from -20 °C to +75 °C. Its 3.10 MPa shear strength delivers a dependable bond for non-load-bearing porous materials.
