A strong, flexible bond that glues and seals in one step.
TYTAN PROFESSIONAL PU 45 FC+ is a professional one-component polyurethane adhesive-sealant in grey, supplied in a 600 ml pack, that forms a strong and elastic joint. It bonds and seals PVC and aluminium elements and works for interior and exterior joints alike. Its thixotropic body lets you apply it on vertical surfaces and overhead without sagging.
Bonds and seals in a single application
PU 45 FC+ combines gluing and sealing, so you skip a second product on site. It creates a strong, elastic joint that resists weathering and ageing, ideal for mounting aluminium, laminate and timber building elements. The adhesive cures without bubble formation for a clean, dependable seam.
Elastic joint with 25% movement capacity
The sealant absorbs joint movement of up to 25%, making it suited to expansion joints in residential and industrial construction. It stays flexible from -30°C to +80°C and recovers its shape after load. The joint therefore withstands vibration and thermal expansion without cracking.
High chemical resistance for demanding areas
PU 45 FC+ resists fuels, oils, water, lime, salt and pool water, detergents and diluted acids. That makes it a fit for sealing concrete floors, air-conditioning and refrigeration systems and flat-roof repairs. Once cured, it can be painted over for a neat finish.
Easy application with up to 90 min open time
The thixotropic PU 45 FC+ formula does not slump on vertical walls or ceilings, while the open time of up to 90 minutes leaves room for adjustments. It adheres excellently to most building substrates without a primer. Use a standard sausage gun for the 600 ml foil pack.
