A strong, flexible bond for PVC and aluminium elements that resists weather and chemicals.
TYTAN PROFESSIONAL PU45+ is a one-component polyurethane adhesive-sealant supplied in a 600 ml foil pack, in brown. It cures on contact with air moisture to create a strong, flexible joint for indoor and outdoor work. It is recommended for bonding and sealing PVC and aluminium elements, expansion joints and roof repairs.
Strong, flexible bond that resists ageing
TYTAN PROFESSIONAL PU45+ is a high-modulus polyurethane that cures with air moisture into a joint with over 350% elongation at break. It absorbs movement and vibration without cracking and stays firm through changing weather. The sealant cures without forming bubbles.
High chemical resistance for demanding conditions
PU45+ withstands fuels, oils, water, lime, pool water, salts, detergents and diluted acids. This makes it suitable for industrial settings, wet areas and spots in constant contact with aggressive substances. The joint stays firm and flexible over time.
Application on vertical surfaces and ceilings
The thixotropic formula of PU45+ does not sag on vertical surfaces (0 mm per ISO 7390), so it applies easily to walls and ceilings. An open time of up to 90 minutes leaves room for precise positioning. Once cured, the sealant can be painted over.
For PVC, aluminium, roofs and expansion joints
PU45+ bonds and seals aluminium, laminate, wood and PVC building elements. It is used for expansion joints in residential and industrial construction, sealing concrete floors and HVAC installations, and finishing flat roofs. The working temperature ranges from +5°C to +35°C.
