TYTAN PROFESSIONAL PU45+ is a professional one-component polyurethane adhesive-sealant in black, supplied in a 600 ml pack. It forms a strong, flexible bond for PVC and aluminium elements, expansion joints and connections in residential and industrial construction. Its thixotropic formula lets you apply it on vertical surfaces and ceilings without sagging.
Strong, flexible bond for PVC and aluminium
PU45+ bonds and seals PVC and aluminium elements, laminate and wooden building parts. The high-modulus joint is strong yet elastic, so it absorbs movement without cracking. A movement capability of 25% protects the joint against expansion and contraction.
Chemical resistance for demanding conditions
The PU45+ sealant resists fuels, oils, water, swimming-pool water, salt, detergents and diluted acids. This makes it suitable for air-conditioning and refrigeration installations, concrete floors and welded joints. The bond stays sound even in contact with aggressive media.
Vertical application without sagging
The thixotropic PU45+ formula allows application on vertical surfaces and ceilings with 0 mm slump to ISO 7390. An open time of up to 90 minutes gives you room for precise positioning. The sealant cures without forming bubbles.
Weatherproof joint you can paint over
PU45+ creates a joint that is resistant to weather and ageing, with high resistance to tearing and cracking. After curing it withstands -30°C to +80°C, suitable for both exterior and interior details. The cured joint can be painted over for a clean finish.
