Fast-curing two-component anchor for secure fixing in concrete, brick and stone.
The TKK FIX Expert ANCHOR PE chemical anchor is a two-component polyester adhesive for fast, secure fixing of threaded studs and metal elements in solid and hollow building materials. It is dispensed with a standard cartridge gun from a 300 ml cartridge and cures within minutes. It suits concrete, brick and stone, and also fills holes and cracks.
Fast curing that keeps work moving
The TKK FIX Expert ANCHOR PE chemical anchor cures in minutes, so the fixing can be loaded soon after installation. You complete more anchor points per shift without long waiting between steps.
Fixing in solid and hollow substrates
The TKK FIX Expert ANCHOR PE anchor holds studs, bolts and brackets firmly in concrete, brick and stone. Use it to mount doors, fences, shutters, antennas, consoles and cable runs under mainly static loads.
Easy application with a standard gun
The cartridge fits a standard silicone gun and the compound injects easily into the hole. The adhesive does not sag on vertical surfaces, which makes it convenient even for overhead work.
Works even at low temperatures
TKK FIX Expert ANCHOR PE can be applied on substrates down to –10 °C, allowing installation in cold seasonal conditions. The cured bond withstands –40 °C to +80 °C for indoor and outdoor use.
