Polyester resin for strong fixing of threaded rods in masonry and concrete
The SOUDAL Soudafix P300-SF chemical anchor is a two-component polyester-based injection resin in a 280 ml cartridge for fixing threaded rods. It cures inside the drilled hole to form a strong bond in masonry (18 brick types) and non-cracked concrete. It works in both solid and hollow substrates when combined with a suitable sleeve.
Polyester resin for a lasting hold
Soudafix P300-SF is built on a polyester resin that fills the hole and cures around the rod. The load is spread across the full depth of the borehole, so the fixing stays firm without expansion stress. An ideal choice for anchoring threaded rods into load-bearing bases.
Works in 18 brick types and non-cracked concrete
The anchor is approved for fixing threaded rods in masonry made of 18 brick types and in non-cracked concrete (ETA approval option 7). This makes it versatile for renovations and new installations without switching products per substrate.
Suitable for hollow and solid bases
Soudafix P300-SF holds in both hollow and solid masonry: aerated and lightweight concrete, clay, calcium silicate brick, natural stone walls and plasterboard. With a matching sleeve in hollow materials you get a secure fixing where ordinary plugs would fail.
Applied with a static mixer and standard gun
The 280 ml cartridge fits a standard silicone gun, while mixing is done through a screw-on static mixer. Before use, discard the first 10 cm or so until the colour turns an even grey — the sign that the components are properly mixed.
