Vinylester resin for strong anchoring of threaded rods and studs in concrete and masonry.
The SOUDAL Soudafix VE400-SF chemical anchor is a two-component vinylester resin for fixing threaded rods and studs. It performs in both cracked and non-cracked concrete (ETA approval, option 1) and in masonry made from 18 types of brick. The resin is dispensed with a gun through a mixing nozzle that ensures correct blending before it is injected into the hole.
Vinylester resin for heavy loads
Soudafix VE400-SF is a vinylester-based chemical anchor designed for heavy loads. It holds threaded rods and anchors firmly where mechanical plugs are not enough.
Works in cracked and non-cracked concrete
Soudafix VE400-SF carries ETA approval under option 1 for cracked and non-cracked concrete. This makes it suitable for demanding structural fixings of threaded rods and post-installed rebar.
Fixing in masonry of 18 brick types
The SOUDAL chemical anchor is approved for masonry across 18 brick types, including hollow brick using a perforated sleeve. This broad compatibility covers most jobsite substrates without switching products.
Fire resistance class R120
Soudafix VE400-SF achieves fire resistance class R120. The fixing keeps its load-bearing capacity in a fire, which matters when mounting installations and structural elements.
