The Bestway 58253 solar pool cover measures 462 cm across and sits on round above-ground pools with a 457 cm diameter. Its air-bubble polyethylene sheet holds the day's warmth in the water overnight and keeps leaves and dust off the surface between swims.

Air bubbles that lock in the day's heat

The bubble structure works as an insulating layer across the water surface, curbing overnight cooling and evaporation. Sunlight passes straight through the polyethylene and warms the water during the day.

Fits round 457 cm above-ground pools

Praktiker lists pool models 56488, 56438 and 57416 as the matching sizes. The slight overlap beyond the pool wall lets you weigh the sheet down without it sagging into the water.

Light enough for one person to handle

The sheet rolls up and stores beside the pool without a second pair of hands. Its UV-stabilised polyethylene is made to take a full summer of direct sun.
