Levels floors from 3 to 40 mm in a single pour — a smooth base ready for your final flooring.

MAPEI Ultraplan Renovation is a fibre-reinforced, self-levelling smoothing compound for interior floors that evens out height differences from 3 to 40 mm in a single application. It bonds to new and existing substrates such as concrete, cement screeds and natural stone. Supplied as a 23 kg grey, cement-based powder that mixes with water.

Levelling from 3 to 40 mm in one layer

MAPEI Ultraplan Renovation covers a wide thickness range — from thin skimming to deep levelling of uneven floors in one go. This saves extra layers and labour when refurbishing older substrates.

Fibre-reinforced formula for a strong base

Synthetic fibres in MAPEI Ultraplan Renovation reinforce the levelling layer and reduce the risk of cracking. The result is a stable, smooth base ready for tiles, vinyl, laminate or other final flooring.

Fast hardening for interior renovations

Special rapid-setting and rapid-hydration cements allow a relatively short wait before laying the final covering. MAPEI Ultraplan Renovation is intended for interior floors only.
