MARISAN TERAFLEX LEVEL PRO Self-Leveling Floor Screed 2-10 mm, 25 kg

A perfectly smooth, homogeneous base — ready for your flooring in just hours.

MARISAN TERAFLEX LEVEL PRO is a cement-polymer self-leveling floor screed for precise indoor floor leveling. It is applied in layers from 2 to 10 mm, by hand or by machine, and produces an exceptionally smooth base for ceramic tiles, laminate, parquet, carpet, vinyl and PVC coverings. It is also suitable for floors with underfloor heating.

Self-leveling for a flawlessly smooth base

TERAFLEX LEVEL PRO flows and levels itself, distributing the mix evenly even in thin layers. The result is a perfectly smooth, homogeneous surface ready for fine floor coverings with minimal extra sanding.

Thin layers from 2 to 10 mm

The screed is laid in thicknesses between 2 and 10 mm — ideal for fine leveling before flooring. For floors with heavier loads or wheeled traffic, the manufacturer recommends a layer of at least 8 mm.

Fast setting — walkable in about 3 hours

TERAFLEX LEVEL PRO sets quickly without cracking or internal stress. The surface can be walked on about 3 hours after application, while the final covering is laid once fully cured (48-72 hours).

Suitable for underfloor heating

The screed is suitable for floors with built-in heating and withstands temperatures up to +70 °C. It bonds to ceramic, gypsum, cement, magnesite and wooden substrates in both renovation and new construction.

Hand or machine application

TERAFLEX LEVEL PRO is mixed with 6 L of water per 25 kg bag and stays workable for 15-20 minutes after mixing. Spread it with a trowel or squeegee, then deaerate with a spiked roller for a perfectly smooth finish.
