Self-spreading compound for a perfectly flat floor before any floor covering.
Baumit Nivello Quattro is a self-spreading, powder-form calcium sulphate (gypsum-based) levelling screed for indoor use. It creates a smooth, uniform surface in layers from 1 to 20 mm and serves as the base for tiles, parquet, laminate, carpet and vinyl. It is also suitable for underfloor heating.
Self-spreading for an effortless smooth surface
Baumit Nivello Quattro flows out on its own and fills unevenness into a homogeneous, exceptionally smooth surface. It is pulled with a notched spreader and worked with a spiked roller to release trapped air. The result is a base ready for any floor covering.
Layer thickness from 1 to 20 mm
The compound covers everything from thin skim levelling to thicker layers up to 20 mm in a single application. It sets quickly without cracks or internal stress, allowing larger areas without expansion joints. It suits both new construction and renovation.
Walkable in 3 hours, coverable in 24 hours
Baumit Nivello Quattro can be walked on after about 3 hours. Layers up to 3 mm are ready for the next covering after around 24 hours, speeding up the job. Each additional millimetre of thickness needs a further 24 hours of drying.
Suitable for underfloor heating
Baumit Nivello Quattro is suitable for rooms with underfloor heating and withstands loads from castor chairs. It levels gypsum, cement, asphalt and magnesite screeds, as well as existing tiled floors. It is intended for indoor use only.
