The Xavax 111495 reusable baking foil replaces single-use baking paper in the oven and the microwave. The 40 x 33 cm sheet handles temperatures from -40 °C to 230 °C, while the Teflon coating keeps cookies, pizza and cakes from sticking.
Cut it to fit your own tray
A pair of household scissors is all it takes to size the sheet for a tray, a wire rack or a microwave plate. The offcuts stay usable for smaller tins and moulds.
Teflon coating over a glass-fibre base
The glass-fibre base holds its shape and does not crinkle when heated. The surface washes off in warm soapy water and goes straight back into use.
Working range from -40 °C to 230 °C
The foil copes with a hot oven and with freezer storage alike. Beyond baking sweet and savoury dishes, it is also suitable for microwave use.
