The WAGNER W 590 FLEXiO is a handheld turbine paint sprayer for interior and exterior surfaces — walls and ceilings, fences, doors, furniture and metalwork. It ships with two interchangeable attachments: I-Spray for emulsion and latex wall paints, and the Standard attachment for lacquers, wood stains and protective coatings.

Two attachments for thin and thick materials

The I-Spray nozzle atomises thick wall paint straight from the tin, while the Standard attachment handles water- and solvent-based enamels, stains and oils. Swapping between them takes seconds, as the gun separates into two parts.

X-Boost turbine with adjustable atomisation power

Atomisation power is set anywhere between 25 and 200 W to match the material — a fine mist for a lacquered door, a stronger jet for rough exterior surfaces. Variable air volume control fine-tunes the result with thicker paints.

15 m² covered in 6 minutes

Paint flow is infinitely adjustable up to 500 ml/min and the jet switches between horizontal, vertical and round patterns. A single pass gives even coverage, including with unthinned materials.

Separable body and carry case

Cleaning is quick: the attachment detaches from the turbine and is rinsed on its own, keeping the motor unit dry. The supplied case keeps the gun, both attachments and the containers together between projects.
