The GARDENA 07231-20 brass non-return valve is a solid-brass intermediate valve with a G 1" (33.3 mm) threaded connection for garden pumps, domestic water supply units and suction hoses. It lets water pass in one direction only and blocks backflow of the pumped medium when the pump switches off.

Water stays in the suction line after the pump stops instead of draining back to the tank or water source. The next start-up is faster, with no need to prime the line again.
Solid brass body for outdoor installation
Brass withstands permanent contact with water and pressure in a garden installation without the corrosion typical of steel parts. The valve is designed to stay permanently in the line rather than being disconnected often.
G 1" (33.3 mm) thread for garden pumps and suction hoses
