Rejoins a cut 12.5 mm hose by hand, no tools needed.
The CLABER 8619 hose mender restores a leaking 1/2" (12.5 mm) garden hose: cut out the damaged section and join the two ends into one line. It also works as a permanent link between two separate hose lengths of the same diameter.
Repair a leaking hose on the spot
Cut away the split, push both ends into the fitting and hand-tighten the two ring nuts. The hose stays in service instead of being replaced whole.
Polypropylene body with ABS ring nuts
The plastics do not corrode in constant contact with water and stand up to outdoor garden use. At just 22 g the joint adds no sag along the hose run.
Fits 1/2" (12.5 mm) hoses
Both outlets are the same size, so it joins hoses of identical diameter. For mixed diameters Claber offers a universal mender in the same range.
