BRADAS BR-2100 Brass Hose Connector 1/2"
Joins two 1/2" hose ends leak-free, with no special tools needed.
The BRADAS BR-2100 brass hose connector is a 1/2" mender that extends a garden hose or repairs it after mechanical damage. Both barbed ends push into the hose and are held by shaped teeth. Sold as a single piece.
Brass body built for permanent outdoor use
Brass resists corrosion in constant contact with water and takes clamp tightening without deforming. The connector can stay in the line all season, including on buried or covered hose runs.
Shaped barbs for a firm grip
Each end carries barbs that bite into the hose wall and hold thin-walled hoses securely. Fitting is done by hand: wet the hose end, push it onto the barb and add a clamp for higher pressure.
On-the-spot repair of a cut hose
When a hose is cut or punctured, trim out the damaged section and rejoin the two ends instead of buying a new hose. The same fitting also links two shorter lengths into one watering line.
