GARDENA 1724-20 Suction Hose Connector 25 mm (1")

Vacuum-resistant link between suction hose and pump, hose clamp included.

The GARDENA 1724-20 connector joins a 25 mm (1") suction hose to a garden or domestic water pump. Its G 1" (33.3 mm) female thread screws straight onto the pump inlet, while the supplied clamp secures the hose on the spigot. The vacuum-resistant design prevents air being drawn in when priming from a tank, sump or pond.

Vacuum-resistant build for reliable priming

On the suction side the hose sits under negative pressure, and any air leak breaks the water column. This fitting is dimensioned for exactly those conditions and holds the hose tight on the spigot with the supplied clamp.

G 1" thread screws directly onto the pump

The 33.3 mm female thread fits pumps with a 1" connection without extra adapters. Fitting is done by hand and the clamp tightens with an ordinary screwdriver.

Compatible with 25 mm suction hose sold by the metre

Designed for GARDENA 25 mm (1") suction hose sold by the metre (art. 1721-22). With two pieces you make up a hose of exactly the length your water source requires.
