Push both hose ends into the joint and tighten: you get a single leak‑free line. Handy when the hose you own stops short of a distant bed, a greenhouse or the parked car.
Fits the Original GARDENA System
The joint pairs with original GARDENA quick couplings, nozzles and sprinklers, so the fittings you already own stay in service. It is sized for 13 mm (1/2") hose, the most common garden diameter.
Step down from 19 mm to 13 mm hose
According to the manufacturer's data for article 2931, the joint also connects hoses of different diameters, for example 19 mm (3/4") to 13 mm (1/2"). Useful where an older, thicker hose runs from the tap.
