LANDMANN 15502 Cast Iron BBQ Wok, Ø37 cm

The LANDMANN 15502 wok is made of enamelled cast iron and designed for cooking straight on the barbecue. It measures 37 cm across with an 11.5 cm wall and holds roughly 3.6 litres, enough for stir-fried vegetables, Asian dishes or paella for the whole table.

Enamelled cast iron holds the heat

Cast iron takes on the heat of the coals evenly across the whole wall and keeps radiating it long after the fire dies down. The enamel finish wipes clean and copes with acidic sauces and marinades without special care.

Flat base for every grate and burner

The flat bottom keeps the wok from tipping on gas, charcoal or electric barbecue grates. It works on a kitchen hob too, when you want to finish the dish indoors.
