The BARBECOOK digital meat thermometer (item 114251) measures the core temperature of meat on the grill, in the smoker or in the oven. The display shows both degrees and the matching doneness level, while the stainless steel probe goes straight into the thickest part of the cut. Working range: 0 to 140 °C.

Doneness levels on screen, not just degrees

Alongside the temperature reading, the thermometer indicates how far the meat has cooked. No need to slice into a steak or a roast just to check on it.

Magnet mount for the grill body

The body sticks magnetically to the metal shell of the barbecue and stays within arm's reach of the grate. You insert the probe and follow the reading without holding the unit the whole time.
