The Weber 8835 is a genuine replacement cooking grate for Weber Ø57 cm charcoal barbecues. It comes in two parts: a main grate with lift-up side sections and a round Ø30.5 cm centre insert that lifts out to make room for a Gourmet BBQ System accessory.

Lift-up side sections for topping up fuel

The side hinges swing open one-handed while you cook. Add briquettes or smoking chips during long sessions without interrupting the cook or moving the food.

Ø30.5 cm centre insert for Gourmet BBQ System accessories

The round centre lifts out so a GBS accessory can drop straight in: pizza stone, griddle, cast-iron sear grate or wok. With the insert in place you get a full, conventional cooking surface.

Chrome-plated steel, easy to clean

The smooth chrome surface brushes clean with a wire brush after a short preheat with the lid down. As a genuine Weber replacement part, it drops precisely into the supports of Ø57 cm kettle barbecues.
