The LANDMANN 13442 Selection poultry roaster holds a whole chicken upright while it cooks and takes flavouring liquid in its base. It works in a closed, lidded barbecue and in a standard household oven alike.
Upright roasting for an even, crisp skin
The bird slips over the frame and stays upright throughout cooking. Hot air circulates freely around the whole surface while excess fat drips away.
250 ml container for marinade, beer or stock
Fill the base with the liquid of your choice: light beer, wine, or stock with garlic and herbs. As it heats it turns to steam and seasons the meat from the inside out.
Stainless steel, dishwasher safe
The body is stainless steel and goes straight into the dishwasher after cooking. With a 15 x 11 cm footprint it leaves room for side dishes on the same grate or tray.
