The Weber Grill & Griddle Station 8858 is a cast-iron cooking plate that drops into the opening of Gourmet BBQ System cooking grates. One side is ribbed for classic sear marks, the other flat for foods that would otherwise slip through the bars: pancakes, bacon, eggs and diced vegetables.

Two cooking surfaces working at once

The set comprises two cast-iron pieces: a ribbed half for meat and a flat half for smaller foods. Sides and mains cook in the same session, with no swapping of cookware mid-service.

Porcelain-enamelled cast iron holds the heat

Cast iron with a porcelain-enamel finish stores heat and releases it evenly, while the smooth surface hand-washes without stubborn residue. The coating needs no oil seasoning.
