The Weber 6691 pizza paddle is a stainless steel peel for sliding pizzas onto a pizza stone or straight onto the grill grates and lifting them back off. It handles pizzas up to 30 cm across and 1.1 kg in weight, with a rotating handle and a hanging loop that fits Weber grill peg hooks.
Thin leading edge slides under the dough
The stainless steel blade goes under the raw base and carries it to the hot stone without stretching it out of shape. The same edge scoops the finished pizza back off once the crust is golden.
Handle rotates for compact storage
Fold the handle over the blade and the peel takes up little more room than the blade itself in a drawer or cabinet. The grip is no-slip and the fixed loop hangs on the grill's accessory hooks.
Supports pizzas up to 1.1 kg
The steel takes a generously topped 30 cm base without buckling, and cleanup means putting it in the dishwasher.
