The LANDMANN 13191 cast iron griddle plate is the original accessory for Triton 2 series gas barbecues and drops into place of part of the grate. Its closed surface handles everything that falls through or sticks to bars: prawns, chopped vegetables, fish, eggs and fillets.
Enamelled cast iron for even, steady heat
Cast iron soaks up heat and releases it evenly across the surface, so the temperature does not drop when cold food goes on. The enamel finish wipes clean easily and protects the plate from corrosion when it is stored on an open terrace.
Closed surface for seafood, vegetables and breakfast
Fat and marinade stay on the plate rather than dripping into the burners, which keeps flare-ups and smoke down. The other half of the grill stays free, so meat can still cook straight on the bars.
