The TESY GCV 803824C B14 TSR from the Anticalc Ceramic Slim range is a vertical 80-litre electric water heater with a glass-ceramic lined tank. Its ceramic heating element stays out of direct contact with the water, which keeps limescale away even in highly mineralised areas. Temperature is set on a simple mechanical thermostat.
Ceramic heating element for hard water
The element is fully encapsulated, so water never touches the coil and limescale cannot build up on it, keeping heat transfer efficient year after year. TESY developed this design specifically for regions with heavily mineralised supply water. Under normal use the element needs no descaling or replacement.
Slim ø38 cm body for narrow spaces
At 122 cm tall and wall-mounted vertically, the slim shell slides into recesses, boxed-in bathrooms and cabinets where a standard 44 cm tank will not go. Capacity stays at a full 80 litres, so hot water reserve is unchanged.
Glass-ceramic tank with anode protection
The tank's glass-ceramic enamel lining withstands high temperatures and aggressive water, while the magnesium anode takes the corrosion instead of the steel walls. That pairing is why the manufacturer backs the tank for five years.
Heats to 60 °C in 1 h 44 min
The 2400 W element runs from a single-phase domestic supply. Declared annual energy consumption is 1410 kWh at load profile M, and the mixed water volume at 40 °C reaches 123 litres.
