A slim 35 cm body that fits high on the wall where a standard tank will not.
The TESY BiLight Slim GCHL 503520B12 TSR is a horizontal electric water heater with a real capacity of 50 L and a 2 kW heating element. Water and electrical connections are on the left-hand side. The tank is glass-ceramic lined and protected by a magnesium anode for use with pressurised mains water.
Horizontal mounting with left-hand connections
The heater mounts horizontally on the wall, typically above a door or a washing machine where a vertical tank has no room. Its connections sit on the left, so check which side your plumbing runs before buying.
50 litres of hot water for bathroom and kitchen
The volume covers the daily needs of two people: a shower, the dishes and the basin without waiting in between. Heating from 15 to 60 °C takes 1 hour and 18 minutes with the 2 kW element.
Glass-ceramic lining and magnesium anode
The steel tank carries a glass-ceramic lining, while the anode takes on the corrosive load of the water. The anode is a wear part and is checked during routine servicing.
Mechanical thermostat with thermal cut-out
Temperature is set with a rotary knob, with no electronics and no app to configure. A built-in thermal cut-out disconnects the supply in case of overheating.
