The TESY GCH 503520 B12 TSR is a horizontal electric water heater with a real capacity of 50 L and a 2 kW copper heating element. The tank is glass-ceramic lined with anode protection, and the temperature is set with a mechanical thermostat. At 35 cm in diameter, it fits narrow recesses and mounts above bathroom doors.
Glass-ceramic tank with anode protection
The lining withstands the high temperatures of domestic hot water and limits scale build-up on the tank walls. The magnesium anode takes on corrosion instead of the steel body and is replaced during routine servicing.
2 kW copper heating element, up to 60 °C
Copper transfers heat quickly and stays cleaner of deposits than standard steel elements. According to the manufacturer's data for the BiLight Slim 50 H series, water reaches 60 °C in 1 hour and 18 minutes from 15 °C.
Mechanical thermostat with rotary control
Temperature is set smoothly with a rotary knob, with no electronics or display to maintain. A built-in thermal cut-out disconnects the power in case of overheating.
50 L of hot water for bathroom and kitchen
The capacity suits one or two people and covers a shower plus dishwashing without waiting in between. Power supply is single-phase 230 V, connecting to a standard household circuit.
