The TESY GCA 0715 G01 RC is a compact 6.5 L electric water heater designed for above-sink installation. At 31.5 x 31.5 x 27.8 cm it fits kitchenettes, guest toilets and utility rooms where a full-size unit will not go. It runs on a single-phase supply and is controlled by a mechanical thermostat.
Full tank heated in 14 minutes at 1500 W
The immersed copper heating element takes the water from 15 to 60 °C in the time of a coffee break. Maximum working temperature is 65 °C and the unit delivers 11.7 L of mixed water at 40 °C, enough for washing up or several hand washes in a row.
Above-sink mounting with connections underneath
The GCA version is built to sit above the sink, with the connections pointing down to the tap. Its cube-like body, 31.5 cm across, stays close to the wall and keeps the worktop below it free.
Glass-ceramic tank with anode protection
The tank is lined with glass ceramic and a magnesium anode takes on the corrosive load of the water. Together they protect the vessel and the element in hard-water areas.
Energy class A with XXS load profile
The XXS load profile matches small-scale use: a single wash point rather than a whole shower room. The adjustable mechanical thermostat lets you set a lower temperature and cut running costs.
