TEDAN Standard BT 80 INOX HD Electric Water Heater, Horizontal, 80 L, 2000 W
EN 1.4401 stainless steel tank with right-side electrics, made for mounting above a door or in a suspended ceiling.
The TEDAN Standard BT 80 INOX HD is a horizontal electric water heater with a true 80 L capacity and a 2000 W nickel-plated heating element. The tank is made of alloyed stainless steel, with the plumbing connections at the bottom and the electrical section on the right. A safety valve is supplied in the box.
EN 1.4401 stainless steel tank, pressure-tested at 12 bar
Tank wall thickness runs from 1.25 to 1.8 mm and working pressure reaches 6 bar. With no enamel lining, there is no coating to crack in hard-water areas.
Horizontal mounting with bottom connections
The body measures 90 cm wide with a 42 cm diameter and hangs on two brackets with 520 mm hole spacing. Plumbing connections are 1/2", with the electrical section on the right.
Multi-component magnesium anode, replaceable
The anode lasts up to 50% longer than standard ones and can be removed and replaced when spent. Together with the oval flange it keeps the tank protected throughout its service life.
Thermowatt thermostat with frost protection
Control is mechanical, with two thermostats and a maximum working temperature of 75 °C. The anti-freeze function suits holiday homes and rooms left unheated in winter.
CFC-free polyurethane foam insulation
The insulating layer is 25 to 49 mm thick and produced with Bayer, Germany technology. Annual energy consumption is 1489 kWh, in energy class C.
