The ELDOM DU080FW-W Galant is a flat electric water heater with two enamelled tanks, electronic control and Wi-Fi. Usable capacity is 65 L and the cabinet has a matte white finish. It mounts on the wall vertically or horizontally, with the water and electrical connections on the left.
POWERFUL mode: 35 L of hot water in 30 minutes
The 2.1 kW and 1.2 kW elements in the two tanks work together or separately, depending on how much water you need. Within two hours the unit delivers over 120 L of water at 40 °C, and the declared MIX 40 °C figure is 125 L.
Slim body just 279 mm deep
At 1033 x 511 x 279 mm the heater fits a narrow bathroom, the space above a washing machine or a kitchen cabinet. The matte white finish also looks clean on an exposed wall.
Wi-Fi control and self-learning SMART mode
Over the internet you can start heating remotely and check the temperature in each tank. SMART mode tracks a week of consumption and then schedules heating on its own, with priority for the off-peak tariff, while the weekly programmer and Holiday mode cover delayed starts and time away.
SHIELD zirconium enamel and four anodes
The tank coating withstands hot water, and cathodic anti-corrosion protection uses two anodes in each of the two tanks. IP24 protection and a metal combined safety valve round out the heater's 6-stage protection.
Anti-Legionella function and frost protection
A high-temperature cycle eliminates Legionella bacteria in the water, while frost protection guards the heater in an unheated holiday home over winter. Real-time self-testing monitors operation and the display logs energy used and water temperatures for the past three days.
