Enamelled tank and copper heating element with automatic thermostat for everyday hot water.
The BOSCH TR1000T 80 B electric water heater from the Tronic 1000 T range mounts vertically on the wall and covers hot water for a bathroom plus kitchen. Actual capacity is 75.0 L within the 80 L class, in a body 45.2 cm in diameter and 84.40 cm tall. It runs on single-phase power and carries IPX4 splash protection.
Enamelled tank with copper heating element
The heater's glass-enamel inner lining shields the steel from corrosion in permanent contact with water. The heating element is copper, while the magnesium anode takes on the electrochemical load instead of the tank walls.
Automatic thermostat for a steady temperature
The thermostat switches heating on and off on its own once the water reaches the set value. Control is mechanical and stays accessible from the outside, with no need to remove the cover.
Vertical mounting with a compact 45.2 cm diameter
The model is designed for vertical wall mounting above a basin, a toilet or in a utility room. At 84.40 cm high it also fits under the sloping ceiling of an attic bathroom.
2 kW output on single-phase supply
The unit connects to a standard 230 V domestic circuit, with no three-phase wiring required. Annual energy consumption in energy class C is 2758 kWh.
