The BOSCH TR5501iT 100 EBP storage electric water heater from the Tronic 5500i T range mounts either vertically or horizontally and covers hot water for a bathroom and kitchen. Real capacity is 74.0 L, with thermo-ceramic protection on both the tank and the heating element.
Smartphone control over Wi-Fi
Set the temperature and heating schedule remotely, without standing next to the unit. The electronic thermostat holds the set value precisely, and every setting is also available on the appliance panel.
Multi-position mounting: vertical or horizontal
Choosing the position allows installation above a washing machine, close to the ceiling or in a niche with limited height. The 31.6 cm diameter helps in narrow bathrooms and utility spaces.
Thermo-ceramic protection and anode tester
The tank coating and the thermo-ceramic coated stainless steel element limit limescale and corrosion in hard-water areas. The anode tester shows the state of the anode protection, so replacement happens on time instead of by guesswork.
3 kW output for fast hot water recovery
Power supply is single-phase 230 V, so the heater connects to a standard household circuit. 3 kW sits at the top of the output range normally offered on domestic electric water heaters.
