The STANLEY SM1650-QS compound mitre saw is a professional tool for crosscutting and angled (mitre) cuts in boards, skirting, panelling and floor trims. Its 1650 W motor spins a 254 mm blade at 4800 rpm, while the built-in LED shadow line marks exactly where the blade will meet the workpiece. Maximum cutting capacity reaches 75 mm in height at up to 140 mm width.
LED shadow cut line for pinpoint accuracy
The STANLEY SM1650-QS projects the blade's shadow straight onto the workpiece, showing exactly where the cut will land. You line up your mark without trial cuts and keep the work area clearly lit even in dim conditions.
1650 W motor with high torque

Cutting capacity up to 75 × 140 mm
For a straight crosscut the STANLEY SM1650-QS handles workpieces up to 75 mm high and 140 mm wide. For angled profiles the compound cut at 45° × 45° takes up to 48 × 95 mm, covering skirtings, cornices and frames.
Preset mitre angles and repetitive cut feature
Eleven preset mitre stops let you dial in the most-used angles fast, while the tall fence keeps the workpiece steady during the cut. The repetitive cut feature makes it easy to produce pieces of identical length.
