Castrol MAGNATEC STOP-START 5W-30 C3 is a fully synthetic 4 L engine oil for both petrol and diesel engines. It is made for cars with Start-Stop systems, where the engine shuts down and fires up again many times on a single journey. The 5W-30 grade and ACEA C3 low-ash formulation suit modern engines fitted with catalytic converters and particulate filters.
A protective film that stays put when the engine stops
MAGNATEC uses intelligent molecules that cling to metal surfaces like a magnet and stay there after the engine shuts down. At the next restart the critical parts are already lubricated, instead of waiting for oil pressure to build.
