SOUDAL Soudabond Easy 500 ml — polyurethane adhesive foam for EPS/XPS panels
Fast, clean bonding of insulation panels — with no mortar to mix.
SOUDAL Soudabond Easy 500 ml is a single-component polyurethane adhesive foam for the permanent bonding of EPS and XPS thermal insulation panels. It is ready to use straight away and is applied by hand through the supplied straw applicator, so no foam gun is required. Use it to bond façade and floor insulation boards and to fill the joints between them.
Bonds EPS and XPS panels fast and permanently
Soudabond Easy forms a strong initial grip on insulation boards and replaces traditional cement-based adhesive when installing façade and floor insulation. The foam cures with air moisture and permanently holds EPS, XPS and similar panels onto concrete, masonry and plaster.
Hand application without a gun
The 500 ml can is a hand-applied (straw) foam that is dispensed directly through the supplied applicator tube — handy for smaller jobs and finishing work. Being ready to use, it saves the mixing, water and waiting that cement adhesives require.
Insulating performance with minimal expansion
The cured foam has a low thermal conductivity of about 0.036 W/m.K, so filled joints do not create thermal bridges. Its limited post-expansion makes it easy to position panels accurately without distortion.
