AKFIX THERMCOAT Thermal & Acoustic Insulation Spray Foam 850 ml
A seamless insulation layer against heat loss, noise and moisture in a single pass.
AKFIX THERMCOAT is a single-component polyurethane spray foam for thermal and acoustic insulation, applied with a foam gun. It lays down a continuous layer with no seams or gaps, removing the cold bridges typical of conventional insulation. The closed-cell structure holds heat in and keeps noise and moisture out.
Seamless insulation with no cold bridges
AKFIX THERMCOAT forms a monolithic layer that seals the joints, seams and gaps left by boards and rolls. Heat stays inside and heating and cooling costs go down. It suits roofs, attics, façades, foundations, floors and interior walls.
Closed-cell structure resists moisture and mould
The closed-cell structure of THERMCOAT limits water uptake and helps prevent mould growth. The foam keeps its insulating performance in damp conditions, making it a good fit for basements, cellars and wet areas.
Strong adhesion to metal, wood, concrete and glass
THERMCOAT bonds reliably to virtually all building materials – metal, wood, concrete, brick and glass. It takes the shape of the surface, so it also works on uneven, rough or curved areas such as pipes, ducts and tanks.
Gun application for fast, precise work
THERMCOAT is applied with a PU foam gun, giving control over the amount and precise dosing in tight spots. One 850 ml can covers an area of up to about 3 m², and the gun lets you reuse what is left.
