TKK PU FIX 2 IN 1 – Polyurethane Adhesive Foam for Insulation Boards, 750 ml
One adhesive for two jobs – bonds insulation boards and fills the gaps between them.
TKK PU FIX 2 IN 1 is a one-component polyurethane adhesive foam for bonding thermal-insulation boards and filling the openings between them. It grips EPS and XPS styrofoam, mineral wool, concrete, brick, OSB and wood. Applied easily with a foam gun, it cures with air humidity.
Two jobs in one can – bonding and filling
TKK PU FIX 2 IN 1 combines an adhesive for insulation boards with a foam that fills the gaps between them. No need to switch between two separate products on the facade. Its low expansion holds the boards in place without pushing them out of position.
Strong grip on EPS, XPS and mineral wool
The adhesive bonds well to expanded and extruded polystyrene (EPS/XPS styrofoam), mineral wool, concrete, brick, OSB panels and wood. A layer under the board adds extra thermal insulation. It suits facades, walls and foundations.
Fast work with a 15-minute adjustment window
After sticking a board you have up to 15 minutes to adjust its position, with further work starting about 2 hours later. Precise gun dosing lowers consumption and cleanup. It cures with air humidity.
Low emissions for a healthier install
TKK PU FIX 2 IN 1 carries the GEV-EMICODE EC-1 PLUS certificate for very low emissions and an EN 13501-1 E fire-reaction class. The cured foam is durable but should be protected from UV light after the work. It is applied with a foam gun.
